Terms and Conditions for Online Store Orders
Below are the terms and conditions for the online content service
Delivery Conditions in Brief:
The products have a 14-day right of exchange and return.
The delivery time for a product in stock is 1 – 3 business days. If the product is a made-to-order item (i.e. backorder), its delivery time is 7–14 calendar days. If an order contains a backordered product, the entire order will be delivered at once when the made-to-order product has arrived.
If there is any objection regarding the delivered order or product, it must be reported immediately by email to info@noutajakauppa.fi
Noutajakauppa is not responsible if the delivery of an order is prevented, complicated, or delayed due to factors beyond Noutajakauppa’s influence, such as war, natural disaster, export or import bans, a decision by an authority, disruptions in public transportation, or any similar action that makes the operation of Noutajakauppa’s online store more difficult or prevents it.
- General Terms
Noutajakauppa.fi is a marketplace of Noutajakauppa Oy (Business ID Y 3375007-8). These terms and conditions apply to the trading relationship between Noutajakauppa and its customers. With regard to the services and products provided by Noutajakauppa, the terms and conditions defined by the respective service provider also apply. Noutajakauppa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering, which can be read from Noutajakauppa’s website.
Noutajakauppa is not liable for damages arising from force majeure. A force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or a change in conditions beyond Noutajakauppa’s influence. Noutajakauppa is obliged to notify the customer of any force majeure without delay.
2. The Customer and Data Protection
Noutajakauppa welcomes both private and corporate customers. In the business relationship, the applicable Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer transactions, marketing, and advertising is observed. In agreements between corporate customers and Noutajakauppa, these terms and conditions take precedence and, otherwise, the Finnish Sale of Goods Act applies.
The customer is required to provide complete contact information when placing an order. For consumer customers, this must include at least the name, address, and telephone number, as well as possibly an email address. For corporate customers, the required information is the name of the contact person, telephone number, and email, plus the business ID, postal address, telephone number(s), and if necessary the billing address.
The customer data is stored in Noutajakauppa’s customer register, where the information is used to maintain the customer relationship. Noutajakauppa and companies belonging to the same corporate group additionally have the right to process and disclose the data in the register for legitimate purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99).

On the Noutajakauppa.fi website, cookies are used (English: Cookies) to further develop the site into an even more user-friendly one. On the Stylensound.fi website, cookies are used to simplify, improve, and speed up the user experience. Cookies may also be used to offer the customer better deals and more personalized product recommendations. A cookie is a small text file that the Noutajakauppa web service saves to the user’s hard drive. Some content on the Noutajakauppa.fi site may require acceptance of cookies in order to function. The user’s web browser will probably accept cookies by default, but the user can also block cookies through the browser settings or remove the cookies after the service session has ended. Further information about browser-specific instructions can be found in the manufacturer’s guidelines.
3. Pricing
The prices include VAT but not shipping unless stated otherwise. If there are obvious pricing errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at an obviously lower price, provided that it can be assumed the customer understands that an error exists. We always check the prices at the time of processing. If the price decreases, we adjust the price on the customer’s open order. Conversely, if the product’s price increases before the order is dispatched, it will be delivered at the original price.
Neither Noutajakauppa nor its suppliers are responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside their control.
Noutajakauppa reserves the right to restrict the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities.
4. Delivery
Noutajakauppa offers a comprehensive range of shipping options. More information about the shipping methods and their service content can be read on our website. The shopping cart on Noutajakauppa.fi automatically takes shipping offers into account. The products in a single order may be delivered in several shipments. Processing of a complete order is targeted to be completed within 12 hours after its receipt. A complete order means that all products are in our warehouse and reserved for the order, and that the order’s payment method has been approved.
Noutajakauppa is not obliged to reserve other products from the same order for the customer if the availability of one product is poor, or if its delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond Noutajakauppa’s control. The consumer may alternatively choose to accept either the backorder delivery of the delayed product or the cancellation of the order. The shipping cost for backordered items is charged according to the current price list. Products in an order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order will be cancelled unless the customer has agreed to a backorder in accordance with Noutajakauppa’s terms.
5. Payment Methods
The online store acts as both a marketer of products and services as well as a supplier to the customer. The online store is responsible for the statutory obligations related to the transaction as well as other defined commitments. If you wish to file a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered directly.
The online store’s payment service provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is carried out via Visma Pay’s web service and on the bank statement and invoice, the payment recipient is shown as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay transfers the payments to the online store. Payment is secure, as all details regarding the payment transaction are transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no unauthorized party sees the payment transaction details. The sale is concluded between the online store’s customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations relating to the sale. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, local savings banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard, as well as Jousto, Fellow Invoice and Fellow Corporate Invoice. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled the ability to pay in online stores in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the card linked to the wallet. If the debit from the card fails, it is not possible to pay with MobilePay in the online store. Pivo: Terms and conditions are available on Pivo’s website: https://pivo.fi/kayttoehdot/pivon-kayttoehdot/ Jousto invoice and installment plan is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 calendar days of interest-free and fee-free payment time. When you receive the invoice, you can choose whether to pay it in full or in parts. With the installment plan, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 EUR per month. The costs for Jousto’s installment plan are 3.90 EUR per month with a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases ranging from 30 to 3000 euros with Jousto. **6. Returns**
Noutajakauppa offers its customers a 14-day right of return. Noutajakauppa covers the return shipping costs if the return has been agreed upon in advance in writing to info@noutajakauppa.fi. The buyer is responsible, according to law, for any depreciation in value if they have put the product to use. Please note that used products cannot be returned since they have no resale value. Returned products must always be sent back in their original sales packaging, if delivered as such, and must additionally be carefully packaged for shipment.
We ask that you carefully keep all documentation related to the customer return until you have received confirmation from Noutajakauppa that the return has been received.
Returned products should be carefully packed in the original packaging in which they were delivered.
The right of return does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer’s wishes.
Note! An uncollected package does not constitute a customer return. If you fail to collect products ordered from the postal service, we reserve the right to charge a delivery and handling fee of 15 € once the shipment has returned to Noutajakauppa. The fee corresponds to the actual costs of the return, delivery, and handling.
7. Complaints
The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase, receipt, or other evidence of the place and time of purchase when returning the item or complaining about a defect. Noutajakauppa reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred in searching for a receipt.
Complaints are handled solely in writing. An informal complaint may be submitted via email to info@noutajakauppa.fi. The website also provides the option to leave customer feedback.
8. Additional Terms for Corporate Customers
Noutajakauppa is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or loss of revenue caused by the product and/or service. Noutajakauppa’s liability for compensation is always limited to the content of these terms and conditions. Liability for product defects is limited to a possible refund of the purchase price less the product’s usage value. For products acquired for corporate use, the warranty period is determined according to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, and the end of the warranty period terminates Noutajakauppa’s liability.
Noutajakauppa is not obligated to fulfill the contract if it encounters a force majeure event that it cannot reasonably overcome. Noutajakauppa is not obliged to compensate the customer for damages or costs incurred in a force majeure situation and is entitled to terminate the contract.
By placing an order and/or a request for a quotation, the customer unequivocally accepts Noutajakauppa’s terms and conditions. Any purchasing terms used by the customer shall not apply if they conflict with Noutajakauppa’s terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for the Online Content Service
1. Noutajakauppa Oy is a platform for online content produced by third parties, i.e. companies or employees, where such content is presented. To be able to use the online content, you must accept these terms of use.
Viewing the online content requires registration with Noutajakauppa. A registered person must be at least 18 years old or, if under 15, must obtain permission from a guardian to use the online content service.
By ordering online content, the customer accepts these service conditions in their entirety. If the customer does not accept the service conditions, the service cannot be used.
The service displays video content produced by a third party (Noutajakoulu Murcas), the content of which is based on the creator’s own perspective and expertise on the subject. The customer acknowledges that the nature of the service is such that the video content is based on the creator’s personal view and competence.
Between the customer and Noutajakauppa, the general terms of the online store, the security statement, and the terms and conditions apply.

2. EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT The agreement is concluded when the customer has accepted the terms of use of the online content service, provided the required registration details, and purchased one of the online content service offerings. By completing the registration, the user confirms that they are of legal age or, if underage, that they have obtained guardian consent to order the online content service. The agreement is valid indefinitely or until it is suspended or terminated either by the customer or by the seller.
The customer is not entitled to transfer this agreement to a third party. Noutajakauppa has the right to transfer this agreement to a third party by notifying the customer. However, a transfer to a company that belongs to the same group or corporate entity as Noutajakauppa does not need to be notified separately.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE The customer is responsible for obtaining, installing, maintaining, and bearing the costs of the hardware, software and its updates, and the network connections required to use the online content service. The customer receives and uses the online content service at their own risk. The customer must not combine or use the services in a manner that creates unreasonable load or other harm to the network, other users, third parties, or Noutajakauppa. Login credentials are personal, and the user is responsible for all actions performed using them.
The online content service can be accessed using the latest versions of the most common web browsers (on computer or mobile device). Noutajakauppa is not responsible for browser application compatibility.
4. PROVISION OF THE SERVICE The online content service is available 24 hours a day. However, Noutajakauppa is not responsible for service interruptions caused, for example, by server updates or other maintenance activities related to the website, or other force majeure situations. Noutajakauppa reserves the right to terminate or suspend either parts of the online content service or the service entirely.
5. COPYRIGHTS
By purchasing the online content service, the customer obtains the right to view the content purchased. The viewing right means that the customer does not own any rights to the content being viewed. The customer is not entitled to share or distribute the content or present it at public events. The content may not be stored or copied onto the user’s device, the internet, or any other service. The intellectual property rights to the content belong to Noutajakoulu Murcas. The creator’s, industrial, and other protected rights of the material contained in the service are held by Noutajakoulu Murcas or its contractual and cooperation partners.
6. BREACH OF AGREEMENT
Noutajakauppa has the right to immediately remove and block a user from the online content service if the user threatens or hinders the service, its business, the law, or other users of the service. A removed or blocked user is not entitled to any compensation for their loss.
7. CHANGES IN THE SERVICE Noutajakauppa reserves the right to make changes to the online content service regarding content, prices, software, hardware, and service hours. If the changes require modifications to the customer’s devices or software or other actions by the customer, Noutajakauppa will notify the customer in advance. Noutajakauppa is not responsible for any changes needed to the customer’s devices or software. By continuing to use the online content service after the changes have been made, the user agrees to comply with the revised terms.
8. INFORMATION SECURITY The customer acknowledges that the use of an open network carries information security risks. Noutajakauppa is not responsible for the customer’s information security while using the online content service. The customer is responsible for obtaining, installing, and maintaining the protection and information security of their own computer or similar devices. The customer is also responsible for any consequences resulting from insufficient protection as well as for damages or harm caused by viruses and other similar threats that originate from the customer and spread via the network to Noutajakauppa, the service’s users, or third parties.
9. NOUTAJAKAUPPA’S LIABILITY Noutajakauppa shall not be liable or responsible for any malfunction, interruption, errors, deficiencies, or termination of the online content service that may cause damages, nor for any malfunctions or disturbances arising in the customer’s devices or software. Any claim for damages must be made to Noutajakauppa within one month from the time the customer noticed, or should have noticed, the basis for such a claim.
Noutajakauppa is not responsible for comments, methods, or any other matters related to the content produced by the online content creators.
10. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT Noutajakauppa may retain the user’s login credentials and the content on personal areas for twelve (12) months after membership termination. After this period, they may be automatically deleted. Notwithstanding the termination of the membership, the ownership rights, copyright, and limitations of liability based on these terms and the law remain in effect.
11. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER The customer must provide Noutajakauppa with the necessary information for the delivery of the online content service. The customer confirms that the information provided is correct and up-to-date. The customer’s contact information is also used to verify their identity, for example when changing the password.
12. REGISTRATION AND USE OF CUSTOMER DATA Noutajakauppa collects and registers data about the customer in its customer register. More details can be found in the Privacy Notice, which clarifies the purpose of data processing.
13. EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TERMS These terms come into force on the date indicated at the beginning of the document and remain valid indefinitely. The terms also apply to earlier agreements entered into between the customer and the owner of the online content service.
This agreement does not limit the rights that the customer has pursuant to mandatory consumer protection legislation or other mandatory laws.
The customer confirms that they have reviewed the terms of use and other contractual conditions and agrees to comply with the terms of the online content service in all respects.
