Using an Electronic Gift Card in the Online Store
The online store gift card is an electronic gift card from Noutajakauppa, which is suitable as a means of payment in our online store. The gift card is sent by email to the selected email address immediately after the order is completed.
The gift card is used in the online store after selecting the products. The gift card code received in the email is entered into the Gift Card Number field. The checkout will deduct the value of the gift card from the order total after the code is entered. The gift card can also be activated directly by pressing the Redeem button visible on the gift card, in which case the code is immediately activated. If the order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining value will be retained on the gift card and can be used later.
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. The product is not returnable.
You can check the balance and validity period from customer service at info@noutajakauppa.fi. Please provide the gift card number in this case.
NOTE: When you have purchased a gift card, ask the recipient of the gift card to check their email spam folder. Unfortunately, gift cards sometimes end up there.
